Pipeline installation at RO Desalination plant, Ajman

Dredging, back filling and installation of a 1400mm and 1200mm HDPE pipe and fittings for a Reverse Osmosis Desalination plant in Ajman.
This Included:
• Butt Fusion Welding and pressure testing of the HDPE pipes.
• Installation of concrete blocks connected to the pipe
• Sheet piling on shore and a dewatering system for safe working
• Dredging offshore of an underwater trench roughly 10 metres deep to house the intake and outflow.
• Installation and supply of the intake screen for the intake pipeline.
