Union Dredgers has completed the sheet piling protection work for an onshore pipeline connection. The work required us to drive the sheet pile 15 metres into the soil to ensure the safe entry of the pipeline for connection to the pump room onshore. The sheet piling was designed by UDMC
Union Dredgers has completed the dredging of the Dubai Marina channel. Utilising our dredging pump and customised dredging pontoon we were able to dredge the channel and relocatethe excess material to a stockpile location. The material was then loaded on to a flat top barge utilising a long reach excavator,
Union Dredgers has successfully manufactured the steel screen for a large intake tower which will be utilised to keep large debris from entering the intake system of a desalination plant. The screen was manufactured by our fabrication department in accordance with design specifications.
Union Dredgers has completed the manufacturing of a custom fabricated diffuser for an outfall line for use in a desalination plant. The diffuser will be used to disperse brine slowly back into the sea. The diffuser was manufactured with high-density polyethylene pipes and welded by our skilled HDPE welders.
